I would have to say that my ultimate favorite cuisine is Caribbean food. I don’t care if it comes from Trinidad, Cuba, or Jamaica - FEED ME.

Caribbean food is not only tasty, but it’s healthy. It’s the best of both worlds!

I am on a not-so-secret mission to get more Caribbean restaurants to open in Los Angeles. It’s crazy that we have a million sushi and Mexican places, but only like five or so decent Caribbean dining establishments in this city…in a tropical climate, at that!

I recently discovered this cool restaurant, Bahama Breeze, but their closest location to me is in freakin’ Vegas. Nevada?! Now how is that gonna help me?

Bahama Breeze boasts on its web site its 32 locations, so do a search on their site for a location nearest you. Hopefully you’ll have more luck than me.

All this talk about Bahama Breeze holdin’ out on me with their food is too much for me to bear. SOMEONE BETTER HAND ME A DRINK!

Oh well, I guess a trip to Vegas wouldn’t be so bad. ;-)
